I want to domicile the IBI, how do I do it?
Send an email to atpublico.oar@dipucuenca.es, they will send you a document that you will fill in and return them by email and you automatically have it domiciled. You can split it into several months or pay for it all at once. The cost is around 250€ and 500€ and depends on the size of your land.
Can you fish in the lakes of Casalonga?
It is prohibited since January 2020, by Order 6/2020 of January 27, 2020, published on January 31, 2020 in the Official Journal of Castilla la Mancha by the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Development of Cuenca. I live in Madrid, and I need a large van, where can I get it and at a good price?
The cheapest way to rent a van close to Madrid is at AVIS, Arganda del Rey. You have a 10 cubic meter van for 40.50€. If you want it bigger, 46'81 €. Please note that these prices change continuously.
I have bought a land and it has no electricity supply, how do I register a new supply?
1. Hire an electrician to make you an Electric Bulletin (200€ approx.)
2. The electrician calls the electric company.
3. The electric company sends you a project that you have to accept and return signed.
4. Pay this project in advance to the electric company (260€ approx.)
5. Buy an electrical cabinet according to the specifications of the electrical company (280 € approx.)
6. Hire an electrician to install this electrical cabinet for you (300€ approx.).
7. You will need the Community operators to help you find the connection to connect it to your electrical cabinet. They are the ones who know where the cables and pipes go. The connection is made by an electrician (200€ approx.)
8. Once all this installation has been done, the electrical company will ask you for the documentation to give you the electrical supply.
I need butane gas, what do I do?

I want to install a septic tank, are there any regulations in this regard?
Septic tanks are governed by regulations. This depends on the area where it is located, the best is to contact a specialized company. To give you some information, they must be watertight and every X time they must be emptied by a specialized company (approximately 150€). I would like to put an exterior door to the land, would you recommend me anything?
We recommend you put a sliding or one-leaf door because if you put a two-leaf door, keep in mind the frequent earthworks in Casalonga (imperceptible to us) but they will make this door broken in the long term. This does not mean that you can put what you want and it remains in perfect conditions, but look at the lands of the urbanization, if you put one of a leaf, assure the builders make it well. What are these earth movements due to?

In Madrid that does not happen so much because there is not so much limestone. That is why the water in Casalonga has so much lime. On the other hand, to avoid cracks in the houses, you have to make a concrete foundation and ironwork, if you do not do this, so that the construction behaves as a unit, you will get cracks everywhere.
I would like to buy a land, everything seems a little uninhabited, are there thefts here?
Due to the extension of Casalonga, 400 hectares, it seems that nobody lives, but it is not true, we are in our plots enjoying them and we move and communicate even if you do not believe it.
